ARTWORK GUIDELINES

Artwork is accepted in the following format: Adobe Illustrator (eps or ai) or pdf, eps, gif, tif, png or jpg If you do not have the preferred art file formats available, we will accept any artwork that you have available. Our art department will make the best effort to convert it into print-ready artwork. We will dedicate up to 2 hours to clean up artwork with moderate levels of detail for FREE! But for significant modifications that exceed 2 hours or more, there will be a charge of $25.00 per hour to provide you with print-ready artwork. We will present you with a written estimate before starting any project.

Before your order goes into production, you will receive a FREE e-mail proof or faxed paper proof of your imprint for final approval. “Proof must be approved by you before production begins”. Having the right artwork makes all the difference in how your promotional product will turn out. See examples below! You can email your artwork to: Artwork@ZapPromos.com. If you have any questions at all about the process, just give us a call toll-free 1-877-706-1866 or Email us at: WeCare@ZapPromos.com.

Resolution - To look good on a computer screen an image only has to have a resolution of 72 DPI. For print reproduction it usually takes a minimum of 300 DPI for an image to look sharp. Since high resolution images are based upon the number of pixels, resizing will not create new pixels. By stretching your image it will only make your pixels larger. The only way to ensure picture perfect printing of your photos and images is to start with a high resolution image.
