All orders are shipped via insured standard delivery (unless otherwise specified) using UPS and FedEx. We make every effort possible to ship your order by the most economical method available to meet your due date. We also offer all UPS and FedEx services, including 3 Day, 2 Day and Next Day Air. Once the order has left the warehouse the customer agrees that it will not hold Zap Promos accountable for delays in delivery occasioned by caused by the shipping company or other circumstances over which we have no direct control. Factory shipment or delivery dates are the best estimates of our suppliers and in no case shall Zap Promos be liable for any consequential or special damages from any delay in delivery. Zap Promos will not be held responsible either in the event the customer is not available for delivery or the customer refuses delivery.



Most of our items are available on some type of a RUSH-It service. Every product has its own production time. Production time is indicated on the product detail page under Production and Shipping. Most rush items have a 24 hour, 2 day and 3day Rush options. Please Note: 24-hour production beings after you approve your art work, which we will prepare and send to you for final approval. Order must be received by 10:00 AM EST with proper artwork in order to ship next business day (pending inventory) After 10:00 AM EST orders will be considered as received the next business day. Orders need to be pre-paid on a credit card or placed by an existing customer in good credit standing. 24 Hour services are available with one color and one location imprint. 

In most cases rush items are eligible for the free rust service. In some cases there may be an additional rush charges  added to your order. Customer service will contact you and let you know if there is a charge before placing your order. We can only guarantee that your order will leave the factory on time. Receiving your order all depends on the shipping method that you specify. All orders are shipped out via UPS or FedEx ground service. If a date must be met and a rush service is required, then expediting shipping might be an only option for an on time delivery. (No weekends or holidays deliveries) Please note: nonstandard rush service will require additional cost per item or an additional setup charge. We will provide all shipping options for you before your order ships. We encourage our customers to get more information on rush service availability prior to placing an order to ensure that we can deliver the order on time for your event.

Once we handover the items to the carrier, ownership is passed to the buyer. We will arrange for insurance for your items with the freight carriers. Customer is responsible for inspecting all items on arrival. If you have any damage to your item(s), a claim must be filed with the carrier within 7 days of delivery, and is limited to damage noted at the time of delivery. After the 7 day receiving your delivery, we CANNOT accept any claims made. Please save the boxes, the carrier may want to inspect your items after we make the claim. We are not responsible in the event the customer refuses delivery or customer is not available to accept delivery.       



We kind CANNOT accept returns once you have approved your Customized order. We will offer a refund on any item that is not imprinted as requested on the original order. We cannot accept a return on an item because you don't like the colors, imprint layout or style you selected or if the imprint was not correct due to a typographical error on your part. We will however make a speedy replacement if we caused any typo or did not produce what you specified. Products that are defective or broken on our part will only be authorized for even exchanges of original orders - No exceptions!


Writing instruments can be returned for a refund only if the ink has not been run through any part of the pen. If a cartridge is included with the pen, the return also must include the unused cartridge. If a pen contains a tip protector, the protector must be in tact. Used writing instruments cannot be returned for a refund. Pen sets can only be returned for refund only if none of the pens have been used and case shows no visible damage. If the pens contain the tip protector, the tip protectors for all pens must be intact. Pencils, including mechanical pencils are eligible for return only if the pencils have not been sharpened (if applicable) and the erasers do not show any usage.


If the product we shipped you was a Non-Imprinted item or a wrong, defective, damaged or was imprinted incorrectly. (Not the same as your approved proof) We can correct the mistake and ship the correct product to you. If there a problem with your order, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs if the return is not the fault of Zap We are not responsible in the event the customer refuses delivery or customer is not available to accept delivery. Customer is always responsible for shipping the product back and cost involved. We will not be responsible for items lost by the carrier. Shipping cost is not refundable! Absolutely no refunds on special, customized or personalized items. Shipping and restocking fees are due for returned orders. 


No returns will be accepted without a (Return Merchandise Authorization) RMA number. All returns must be received by us within 14 days after receiving the RMA. A re-stocking charge may be applied.
